Air-Dried High Protein Instant Noodle Manufacturing
Waldesun operates one air-dried instant noodle line with capacity of up to approximately 5 MT/day.
Dough Mixing
Flour and water are mixed into a uniform dough.
Sheeting / Rolling
The dough is rolled into a continuous sheet.
Slitting / Cutting
The sheet is slit into noodle strands and cut to length.
Steaming
Noodle strands are steamed to set their structure.
Hot-Air Drying
Noodles are dried with hot air, not fried.
Packing
Packed in the agreed format.
