How Bean Pasta Is Made

Bean pasta is produced at our factory in Shanxi through extrusion, drying and packing, with capacity of up to approx. 10 MT/day.

Which formulas and shapes are organic-certified?

Organic certification applies at exact formula × shape level. Every combination shown under Certified Forms in Current Organic Scope is listed on current EU Organic and USDA NOP certification evidence; scope does not extend to unlisted shapes or forms. Product-level scope is confirmed per SKU.

What does "Certified / On Request" mean?

These formulas are listed within current organic certification scope for the shapes and forms shown in the table. Commercial configuration, samples, packaging and lead time are confirmed by project.

Which shapes and forms are listed?

Spaghetti and fettuccine are listed for all eight formulas; lasagne, pasta, noodle and noodle cake are listed for specific formulas, as shown in the table. Shape/form listings reflect current certification evidence. Commercial availability, pack size and final specification are confirmed by project.

Do you offer private label and bulk supply?

Yes. 200 g / 250 g / 300 g is platform-level retail pack capability; exact availability is confirmed by formula and shape. Bulk packs: up to 5 kg where applicable. The typical MOQ is one 20-ft container, and mixed-SKU loading is available within a 20-ft container, subject to production, packaging and project configuration.
