Sampling & Pre-Production Approval
Standard samples are typically available in approximately one week and are generally provided without charge. Formal custom development may incur a development fee depending on project complexity. A golden sample is available for approval before commercial production.
Commercial Flexibility
Packaging artwork is normally provided by the customer; Waldesun can assist with design if required. First orders typically take approximately 30–45 days. Repeat orders are typically completed within approximately two weeks when packaging is ready, subject to production scheduling, export requirements and vessel cut-off dates.
Understanding the Real MOQ
The typical container MOQ is one 20-ft container, and mixed-SKU loading is available within a 20-ft container, subject to production, packaging and project configuration. In suitable production configurations, production setup may be discussed from approximately 1,000 boxes or bags per SKU; this is not an unconditional order MOQ.
Custom packaging reference MOQs: printed cartons approx. 10,000 pcs; stand-up pouches approx. 30,000 pcs; printed rollstock approx. 300 kg. For buyer-specific custom-printed packaging, a packaging deposit may be required before procurement.
For crispy-snack programs, an exclusive seasoning typically has a reference MOQ of approximately 25 kg, corresponding to around 350 kg of finished product depending on seasoning dosage.
